Invested in:
People. Place. Purpose.

This year, we’re putting a name to something that has always been part of how Freeform works. If people, place, and purpose is who we are, Invested In is how we live it.

Invested in People

Nothing we design, deliver, or install happens without the people behind it.

The designers, project managers, warehouse teams, and installers who carry the work, and the clients and partners who trust us with it. This year, we’re introducing you to them.

Spaces are never neutral. They shape how people work, how they connect, and whether a community feels alive or fragmented.

Jeff Heath · Chief Executive Officer, Freeform

Invested in Place

For us, place means Boise, Spokane, and the Tri-Cities.

Our teams live here, and the spaces we create are used by our neighbors every day: workplaces, schools, banks, clinics. This is our home, and we’re in it for the long haul.

Invested in Purpose

Purpose is easy to talk about, the test is whether it changes your decisions.

Ours shapes what we recommend, who we partner with, and when we’re willing to say something isn’t right. It’s guided this company for four decades.

People are the heart of Freeform.

We measure the whole company

Doing right by people isn’t only about the work we hand over. It’s how we take care of our team, how we show up for the communities we’re part of, and the footprint we leave on the environment.

Create Culture, Build Community, Enrich Lives has been our purpose since we started. The work is turning that into decisions we can measure, and keep getting better at.
